Some followers immediately saw the late country singer in his sons. One Instagram fan declared, “Handsome like his dad!” Another agreed and wrote, “I definitely see Kenny. Happy Birthday, boys!” Others saw a combination of both parents. One fan remarked, “Handsome boy – like his dad, but looks like his mom!!”

The debate was just as divided on Facebook. One commenter insisted, “Facially, they resemble Kenny.” Another had the opposite reaction and wrote, “I don’t see any resemblance at all.”

The disagreement over the twins’ appearance comes years after Wanda herself explained that the ways she sees Kenny in their sons are not always about facial features.

In 2023, Wanda told PEOPLE that her late husband’s presence remained visible in Justin and Jordan as they grew older. “I see so much of him in their mannerisms, how they stand with their hands in their pockets or behind their backs when they’re listening to something,” she shared.

Wanda added, “I always tell them, ‘That was your dad’s look.’ The older they get, the more they want to know about him. I hear them tell people, ‘My dad used to stand like that.’ It’s so sweet.”

Those small similarities carry particular meaning because Kenny had once spoken openly about the fears that came with becoming the twins’ father later in life.
