Bride Banned Her Niece with Vitiligo from Her Wedding – So Her Sister Prepared an Unexpected Gift

I closed the album and placed it on a nearby pew.

“This is your gift. You can keep every photograph.”

I looked at Travis.

“I’m sorry I interrupted your wedding. You didn’t deserve this.”

Then I turned back to Amanda.

“But Sophie didn’t deserve what you did to her either.”

Travis studied his bride for several seconds.

“If we have a child someday,” he asked quietly, “and that child looks different, will you be ashamed of them too?”

Amanda shook her head immediately.

“Of course not.”

“Then explain why you treated Sophie that way.”

“I can’t.”

Travis looked toward the priest.

“Could we have a few minutes, please?”

He took Amanda’s hand and led her toward a side room.

I didn’t wait to see what happened next.

Outside, I sat in my car, suddenly exhausted.

My phone showed three missed calls from Nate.

When I called him back, he answered immediately.
